I didn't start with answers.
I started with reps.

I got into marketing at 18 with no clients, no network, and no playbook. Just obsession. I ran every channel - paid, organic, SMS, email, cold outbound, AI - and most of it didn't work. What did work, I wrote down. What kept working, I turned into a system.

One cold email turned into a four-year client relationship and over $1M in revenue impact. Not from a genius campaign. From showing up consistently with systems that followed up when I couldn't.

That's the thing most founders get wrong. They think they need more leads. They don't. They need a system that actually works the leads they already have - and a presence that makes new ones want to come to them. I build both.

Your pipeline and your reputation are the same thing
Outbound fills the calendar. Authority is why they show up ready to buy. Most founders run one without the other. The ones who run both close at a different rate entirely.
I'd rather build a machine than be one
Heroic effort doesn't scale. I build systems that run whether I'm awake or not - follow-up sequences, reactivation engines, content pipelines, AI agents. The goal is leverage, not labor.
AI changed what's possible. I'm proving it.
I built a 120,000-line revenue operating system - QNexus - with AI as my co-builder. Not to talk about AI. To use it as infrastructure that lets a small team operate like a big one.
